Orders

We're really sorry that this has happened. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we can't reimburse you the difference. Please be sure to check you've entered the code correctly and it has been applied before confirming your purchase. You can use your discount code with your next order – please get in touch if the expiration date of your code needs to be extended.

Product

Earl Grey Crème Brulée and Gingerbread Sticky Chai are organic products. We believe in and love organic which is why we source organic ingredients wherever possible. This means that even if a product of ours is not classed as organic you may still find that many of the ingredients in it are.

Our teas come in pouches with easy tear open seals and resealable ‘zippers’ that help keep the tea tasting its best for longer. Store the pouches away from heat and direct sunlight (that means you shouldn’t keep them next to the stove or on the windowsill).

We've put a caffeine rating on the front of every pouch so you can see which teas contain caffeine and roughly how much. Any teas deriving from the Camellia Sinensis plant contain caffeine. This includes Black, Greens, and Oolongs. Herbal and fruit teas including Rooibos and Honeybush based teas are all caffeine-free.
